Fundamental goals and purposes of the Organization are:

• Development of innovative film (independent, feature, documentary, animation, short, video art, music video) and it’s promotion in Georgia and outside it’s borders.
• Creation and implementation of educational projects.
• To help beginner directors and artists with development of ideas expressing new vision and their realization into film.
• Re – selection of the video works, displayed on the website during each year by a competent committee (committee members are defined by elective method.)
• Organization of a festival, presenting films selected by committee.
